Mr Craig Roy

Mr Roy was appointed to the Board and as Chair in January 2019. Craig is the former Deputy CEO of the CSIRO, Australia’s pre-eminent national science and technology organisation. Craig has extensive experience in research and commercialisation strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship across a wide range of global projects and industry sectors.  He has held various director and Chair positions in several prominent Australian organisations including Data 61, the Australian National Commission of UNESCO and of the University of Technology, Sydney Vice Chancellor’s Industry Board. He is currently the Chair of Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) and a Non-executive Director of Sydney Water.
 
Dr Michael Goldsworthy

Dr Goldsworthy received his PhD in Physics from The University of New South Wales. Prior to starting with Silex Systems Limited in 1988, Dr Goldsworthy was a member of the University's academic staff and was involved in a number of laser-associated research projects. Dr Goldsworthy is the founder of the Company and has been the driving force behind the SILEX uranium enrichment project.
Mr Christopher Wilks

Mr Wilks has a background in chartered accounting and investment banking. He was previously a partner in a private investment bank and has held positions on the board of a number of public companies. He is Finance director of Sonic Healthcare Limited and a Non-executive Director of Independent Practitioner Network Limited.
Ms Melissa Holzberger

Ms Holzberger was appointed to the Board in January 2019. Melissa is an experienced company director and commercial lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience in the energy and resources sector.  Melissa is a specialist in international nuclear law, regulatory compliance and trade, and possesses relevant experience in the global uranium market having previously worked with BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto. She also brings extensive experience in legal, corporate governance, and risk oversight. Melissa is currently a member of the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency’s (ARPANSA) Radiation Health and Safety Advisory Council, a Non-executive Director of Tyre Stewardship Australia Limited, and a Non-executive Director of Australian Livestock Export Corporation Limited.

Ms Julie Ducie
B.Bus, CA GAICD

Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Ms Ducie was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2012 and is also the Company Secretary. Ms Ducie commenced her career in Public Accountancy and rose to the position of Senior Associate within a Chartered Accounting Practice. In 2006, Ms Ducie was recruited by an Australian engineering enterprise in the Middle East to take on the role of Finance Manager in a new venture. Ms Ducie is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor Degree in Business (with Distinction) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
