Mr Mike Hodgkinson B.Ec, LLB (Hons), CPA, MBA
Mr Hodgkinson joined Solar Systems Pty Ltd from Silcar, a provider of outsourced operations and maintenance solutions (a joint venture between Siemens AG and Leighton Holdings Ltd) operating in the Power, Manufacturing and Telecoms industries. He has 20 years of commercial, finance and project management experience, including time with Citigroup, Alcatel, Rio Tinto, BlueScope Steel, and Loy Yang Power. He completed the EMBA-Global program run jointly by Columbia and London Business Schools, is an Australian CPA, and has an economics and law degree from Monash University.
Dr Michael Lebby PhD, MBA, DEng, CEng

Dr Lebby joined Translucent Inc. in April 2010 to head up the company’s research and development efforts to commercialise rare earth oxides for epitaxial based materials. Dr Lebby’s career has spanned all aspects of the optoelectronics industry and he is a recognised expert in the field. He previously worked at RSRE in the United Kingdom, AT&T Bell Labs, Motorola, Tyco Electronics, Intel, Ignis Optics and Optoelectronics Industry Development Association. He has been cited by the United States Patent and Trademark Office to be in the most prolific 75 inventors in the United States from 1988 to 1997. Dr Lebby has two doctorates and a MBA from the University of Bradford in the UK and is a Fellow member of IEEE and OSA.
Dr Peter Graham Foster BSc (Hons), PhD
Founder and Chief Technical Officer
Dr Peter Foster is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of ChronoLogic. He co-founded the company and has been working on the development of the company’s innovative USB-inSync™ distributed synchronization and timing technology (of which he is the co-inventor) since 2001. Dr Foster has played a key role in securing financial support for development activities including Australian Federal Government Grant funding. He provides the vision, technology and company direction for ChronoLogic and plays a key role in all company activities. Dr Foster has a PhD in Physics from the University of Adelaide.
